Refund Policy

At Marketian (marketian.store), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are digital courses that grant immediate access upon payment verification, we have the following refund policy in place.

⏰ 24-Hour Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase (from the time your payment is verified and course access is granted). After 24 hours, all sales are final.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request is made within 24 hours of receiving course access.
  • You provide a valid reason for your refund request.
  • You have not downloaded, copied, or redistributed any significant portion of the course materials.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

  • Message us on WhatsApp at +92 325 509 0258 with the subject "Refund Request".
  • Provide your details: your full name, WhatsApp number used during checkout, and the date/time of your purchase.
  • State your reason for requesting the refund.
  • Wait for confirmation. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • EasyPaisa — refund sent to your EasyPaisa account.
  • JazzCash — refund sent to your JazzCash account.
  • HBL Bank Transfer — refund sent to your HBL account.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made after 24 hours from the time course access was granted.
  • The buyer has downloaded, copied, or shared the course materials.
  • The buyer has completed a significant portion (more than 25%) of the course content.
  • The buyer purchased the course for someone else and that person has accessed the materials.
  • The buyer's reason is based on unrealistic expectations of guaranteed income or results (see our Earnings Disclaimer).

5. No Partial Refunds

Marketian does not offer partial refunds. If your refund is approved, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid (Rs. 3,499 or the total amount including any add-ons). Partial refunds for specific modules, bonuses, or add-on products are not available.

6. Digital Product Disclaimer

Important: All products sold by Marketian are digital products (online video courses, downloadable resources, and bonus materials). Due to the nature of digital products, once access is granted, the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This is why our refund window is limited to 24 hours.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product with immediate access upon payment verification.
  • The 24-hour refund window is the only period during which refunds may be requested.
  • After 24 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable.

7. Order Bump / Add-On Refunds

If you purchased the course with the optional add-on (AI Creator's Cheat Code Vault for Rs. 499), the refund applies to the entire order. You cannot request a refund for the add-on separately while keeping the main course, or vice versa.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us via WhatsApp, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your course access and pursue the matter in accordance with applicable laws.
